Terms & Conditions
EcoNIDRA & Sessions — Last Updated: May 3, 2026
Welcome to EcoNIDRA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with EcoNIDRA ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our website at www.econidra.com, enroll in our teacher training programs, or participate in our sessions, workshops, corporate programs, and the Certified EcoNIDRA Teacher Training.
By accessing our services, registering for, purchasing, or participating in any EcoNIDRA offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not access or use the services.
These Terms apply to all EcoNIDRA sessions, workshops, and the Certified EcoNIDRA Teacher Training (together, the "Services"), whether delivered online, indoors, outdoors, live, or via any blended or hybrid format. Additional terms may apply to specific offerings (for example, venue rules, retreat guidelines, or platform terms). If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific offering terms will prevail for that offering.
Enrollment & Payment
Cancellations & Refunds
We keep our containers small and our capacity limited, and we also provide digital access and preparation that starts before you arrive. For that reason, refunds are limited as set out below.
2.1 Sessions & Workshops (including corporate programs unless otherwise agreed)
- General rule: No refunds are usually provided for sessions/workshops once booked.
- Possible credit: If you cancel with sufficient notice, we may (at our discretion) offer a credit to attend a future session/workshop of similar value.
- Notice required: "Sufficient notice" depends on the specific offering and logistics; when in doubt, please contact us as early as possible. Credits (if offered) may have an expiration date and may be non-transferable.
2.2 Certified EcoNIDRA Teacher Training
- How to withdraw. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to kn@econidra.com.
- Deposit / administrative fee. Where a deposit (or non-refundable administrative fee) is required, it is non-refundable because it reserves your place and covers administration and early access/set-up costs.
- Before the start date. If you withdraw before the training start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit/administrative fee), depending on how close to the start date you withdraw and what access has already been provided.
- After the training has begun. No refunds are provided once the training has begun (including when digital materials have been released and/or the first live module/call has taken place).
- Transfers. In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future training cohort instead of a refund. Transfers may involve an administration fee and require you to be up to date on payments.
- Cancellation by the Company. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a training, session, or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer either a transfer to a future date; or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled portion of the Service (as applicable).

Certification Requirements
Enrollment in the teacher training does not automatically grant certification. To become a Certified EcoNIDRA Teacher, you must:
- Complete all required modules (online, hybrid, and/or in-person components);
- Complete all required practice sessions, assignments, assessments, and any required teaching practicum elements;
- Meet the training standards and demonstrate competency and professional integrity; and
- Agree to and follow the EcoNIDRA Code of Conduct and practice standards (including ethics, safety, and appropriate scope of practice).
