"I was quite happy, blissful and refreshed after the session. Almost every night, since I was little, when I'm in my bed just about to go to sleep I “travel" with my imagination to different nature scenes. I usually go to the forest and imagine myself in the water, touching rocks, etc. I love it! I always tell my friends that they can go anywhere just before they go to sleep. However, in the last 6 months, it has been a bit difficult for me to see the scenery in my mind as sharp as I used to see it. I don't know why BUT when I did the EcoNidra something happened in my brain, I think it was a bird sound, that triggered something that helped me see again very clear and sharp, even sharper than before.
