A Forest Therapy guide at heart, the founder of EcoNIDRA™ has created this blend of extremely deep relaxation, techniques deepening of our connection with nature, and seeds of transformation being actively planted in the potent ground of our subconscious - in the sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep. EcoNIDRA™ sessions can be enjoyed as a live stream in the comfort of your home. During the sessions, participants wil partner with nature as a witness of their practice and intention.
