    What is EcoNIDRA?

    EcoNIDRA™ is a nature-based transformational relaxation practice. As a unique branch of the yoga nidra tree, it is where the ancient practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meets the scientific-based healing techniques of Forest Therapy.

    Born during the Covid-19 pandemic as a reminder of the vital importance of deep rest and nature connection.

    Currently practiced worldwide by hundreds of certified teachers across the globe.

    Focused on cultivating peaceful reconnection between humans and the rest of nature.

    Where Shavasana Meets Nature Connection

    The Experience

    EcoNIDRA™ sessions are guided experiences that you can enjoy while laying on your back in the Shavasana pose or any position that feels comfortable.

    Creative Locations

    Sessions are offered in creative spaces: outdoors in nature, in hammocks, online, in yoga studios, retreat centers, or even in plant shops.

    What You Need

    Just a comfortable place to lay down, a cushion, a blanket, and possibly headphones for online sessions. No prior skills required.
