EcoNIDRA™ Founder, Mentor & Teacher
Kat is the founder of EcoNIDRA™, Forest Therapy Guide and Mentor in Presence & Self-Care. Kat's passion and mission are to help people reconnect with nature, with themselves and with others. Kat was trained by world experts and great mentors in Forest Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Council Facilitation, as a Teacher of Presence, Wellbeing Inspired by Nature Consultant, Holistic Nutrition & Life Coach, in Wilderness First Aid, Cross-Cultural Communication and Linguistics. She has 20+ years of experience in training adults and community building for nature and human connection related projects. Connect with Kat here.
As a certified EcoNidra™ Teacher, Mindful Wellbeing Coach, Forest Therapy Guide and Gong Practitioner, Claire guides people on a pathway to wellbeing through Mindfulness, Nature & Sound. Helping people to slow down, become present and rest deeply. To connect with their own inner wisdom and true nature so they can live healthy and fulfilling lives with access to more trust, ease and joy.
Claire is a graduate of the first EcoNidra™ teacher training and offers regular sessions online as well as occasional in person sessions. She also take a playful approach to combining EcoNidra™ with some of her other modalities. Nature is at the very heart of all of her work as well as her own self care practices.
Sari is a graduate of our very first EcoNIDRA™ Teacher Training and has a great passion for and understanding of the essence of the practice.
Admissions & Admin
Susanne is the stable and steady power in EcoNIDRA's backoffice. An excellent out-of-the-box thinker, Susanne is taking care of the smooth flow of administration, enrollment and admissions procedures.
Susanne has joined her first EcoNIDRA session in the first lockdown of 2020, and had an amazing experience with both deep relaxation and a beautiful imaginal journey in the jungle. ッ
