Are you ready to deeply relax the entire ecosystem of your body, mind and emotions? Ready to re-connect with your own center, with nature and with others in a profoundly deep way? Choose a date and join our live stream EcoNIDRA™ session!
EcoNIDRA™ sessions can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home. The only thing you need is your device, earbuds and a comfortable place to lie down where you won't be disturbed for one hour. It will support you to have a blanket to cover yourself not to get cold as your heart rate goes down, and anything you might need to feel comfortable. Upon registration, you'll receive simple instructions and a Zoom link to join, as well as an invitation to bring a nature element (a plant, leaf, rock...) to have with you to support you during the practice.
The sessions of 50 minutes each will be facilitated online via Zoom. When we lie down, you'll be welcome to switch off your camera and just enjoy being guided in privacy. Joining the live stream sessions is highly recommended for a better sense of connectedness, but the sessions will be recorded and sent to you to be enjoyed in your own time if you can't join in real time. The language spoken will be English.
